Fuel Surcharge Schedule effective 04/01/08

To determine the weekly fuel surcharge the Diesel Fuel Price Factor will be the “Rocky Mountain” Retail On-Highway Diesel Prices, or applicable region, as reported by the Energy Information Administration. These prices can be obtained on the eia.doe.gov website.

The applicable fuel surcharge shall be the percentages shown below for the diesel fuel price factor as determined on a weekly basis. Diesel fuel prices will be reviewed weekly and any applicable surcharges will be applied to the following week. An additional one percent will be charged for each ten cents per gallon, if the diesel fuel price factor increases over $4.30 per gallon
